Overview

This course provides instruction in the creation, staffing, training, managing and administration of a Quality Assurance Software Testing department. If you are in the process of building or reorganizing a QA organization, this class will provide you with the tools, skills and templates to do so efficiently while avoiding expensive mistakes.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of Windows is required. Experience with MS-Office suite, MS-Project and Visio is useful, but not required.
